Dr. Sphesihle Ndlela

Dr. Sphesihle Ndlela is a Senior Software Developer at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from MANCOSA, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regenesys Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (Data Communication Technology) degree from the University of Zululand. She has developed an interest in solving a small business problem, by merging technical expertise with business management knowledge. She has recently embarked on a journey of research in order to provide solutions to problems faced by small businesses in South Africa and beyond. Her areas of interest are innovation, creative thinking, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, SME management, SME survival, SME longevity, and SME sustainability.
