Dr. Ida Skubis
Dr. Ida Skubis is an Assistant Professor at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, within the Department of Organisation and Management. She holds a PhD in Linguistics and possesses Master’s degrees in four languages: English, German, French, and Spanish, and speaks five languages – with Polish as her native language.
Dr. Skubis has extensive professional experience in both academia and business, having held managerial positions (Manager, Director, PR Manager, Director of the Hotel) in international companies and lived in various countries, including Spain, Greece, France, and Austria. She currently serves as the CEO of the Housing Community.
Throughout her career, Dr. Skubis has been awarded numerous scholarships and fellowships, including those in Germany, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Poland. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary AI projects and frequently participates in international conferences. Additionally, she serves as a reviewer for international journals on AI-related topics.
Dr. Skubis has received numerous scholarships and awards for her scientific research, including a prestigious scholarship in France under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (Horizon Europe) for her research on the Ethics of AI and currently she is in Rennes for the academic year 2024/2025, leading her research at the Rennes School of Business.

Dr. Rebecca Langdon
Dr Rebecca Langdon is a lecturer and researcher with the School of Management for the Faculty of Business and Law at Queensland University of Technology. Prior to becoming an academic, Rebecca worked as a Health and Safety Advisor for 15 years and continues to consult to the construction industry in this capacity. Her research focusses on the health and well-being of construction workers. Her current work is evaluating risk perceptions, behaviours, and compliance towards respirable crystalline silica to help prevent silicosis within the industry.

Assoc Prof. Dan Dacian Cuzdriorean
Dan Dacian Cuzdriorean serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Audit at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. His research primarily focuses on financial reporting and taxation, with areas of expertise that include earnings management and the integrity of accounting practices. In addition to his academic role, Dan Dacian Cuzdriorean manages his accounting firm that caters to over 170 clients, both domestic and international.

Ms. Andreea Barbu
Ms. Andreea Barbu is a lecturer at the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest, Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering, and Management, where she started her teaching and research activity in 2017. Since 2021, she is a PhD in Industrial engineering, with the distinction SUMMA CUM LAUDE, the title of her doctoral thesis being “Research on improving the organizational performance of industrial services”. Her area of interest also extends to other related fields, where she is acting as a training specialist in certain projects carried out at the university and national levels. At the same time, she is a member of various national and international organizations (e.g. UIKTEN – Association for Information Communication Technology Education and Science, from Serbia), but also the author of over 80 published articles in the field of engineering and management.

Mr. Rommel S. Pabustan
Mr. Rommel S. Pabustan is an I.T. instructor at the Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus in the Philippines. He holds a master’s degree in the field of Information Technology and currently finishing his Doctorate degree in the same field. He’s also a certified Information Security Essentials professional.
Rommel has been in the academe for 15 years and counting and at the same time, doing some I.T. consultancy and management for small-medium enterprises (SME’s). He’s also in software development for both academe and small businesses for automation.
Involved in doing some researches for both academe and I.T. industry, Rommel bagged some awards for doing research including the best research and best innovation project, he was also awarded as the best presenter in one of the multi-disciplinary research colloquium held in his university and also presented some research internationally.

Alina Beatrice Vladu is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Audit at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her research interests encompass earnings management, social responsibility, the development of the accounting profession, and the truthfulness in the accounting field. Following her postdoctoral studies at the Romanian Academy, she is currently focused on both her research endeavors and managing her accounting firm.

Dr. Prasad Siba Borah, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the School of Management at Jiangsu University, China. He has authored and co-authored more than 20 research papers published in leading peer-reviewed academic journals including ESCI and SSCI(Q1). Some of his research findings are published in top-cited academic journals under famous academic publishers such as Elsevier, Wiley-Blackwell, Emerald Publishing Limited, etc. He is also role as the lead editor for a book “Selected Cases on Management” by Tsinghua University Press. He is a reviewer and editorial board member for various peer reviewd academic journals.

Dr. Dhiresh Kumar Kulshrestha
Dr. Dhiresh Kumar Kulshrestha is currently serving as the Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab. With a career spanning over two decades, he has excelled in teaching, research, and administration, specializing in Poverty and Inequalities, Innovation Economics, Rural Development, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Economics, and agriculturaldevelopment. Dr. Kulshrestha’s academic impact is evident through the authorship of more than 40 research papers, significantly contributing to the scholarly discourse. His distinguished career is further highlighted by the attainment of 06 copyrights and 08 patents, showcasing his substantial influence on intellectual property. In addition to his role at Chitkara University, Professor Kulshrestha extends his expertise as a visiting professor at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has recently been appointed as a research fellow at INTI International University and College, Malaysia. Known for his dynamic leadership, he is a seasoned organizer of seminars, workshops, webinars, and conferences.

Dr. Martin Kiselicki
Dr. Martin Kiselicki has a Ph.D. in Organization Sciences and Management, with the main fields of focus being Web design and Gamification. In 2013, he was employed as a lecturer at the Integrated Business Faculty – Skopje, where in 2017 he was promoted to a senior lecturer. Also engaged as a scientific collaborator/demonstrator at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje for a group of subjects in the area of E-business, a position he held from 2012 through 2018.
As part of his academic work, he has published over 40 academic papers in international journals, participated in multiple scientific international conferences, and has taken part in several scientific research projects. Author of the e-book “Social Media Marketing”, published through the New Business Education Foundation.

Miss. Victoria Reneiloe Marule
Miss. Victoria Reneiloe Marule is an enterprising and competent finance and accounting professional with over 8 years of experience in property investment. She currently is a Candidate Property Practitioner at Segoale Properties, Trustee and Executive of MPH Properties. She has strong analytical skills and strong investment competencies. Driven by her excellence, solid work ethic and heart to serve, she is passionate about alternative investments and entrepreneurship. She possesses solid interpersonal and leadership skills, with the passion and ability to use her experience to train, direct & motivate individuals, teams and strategic business units in meeting and setting organizational goals. She founded Virtue Camp in 2009 which is a vehicle to empower, mentor and sponsor young women in her Christian community with the help of psychiatrists, medical doctors, career counsellors, entrepreneurs and a network platform. Victoria possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences (PDGA) and a Master’s in Business Administration.

She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from MANCOSA, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regenesys Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (Data Communication Technology) degree from the University of Zululand. She has developed an interest in solving a small business problem, by merging technical expertise with business management knowledge. She has recently embarked on a journey of research in order to provide solutions to problems faced by small businesses in South Africa and beyond. Her areas of interest are innovation, creative thinking, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, SME management, SME survival, SME longevity, and SME sustainability.

Dr. Vibhas Amawate
Dr. Vibhas Amawate is a doctorate from IIM Kashipur, Associate Professor in Marketing, IIM Shillong. He has held academic and corporate roles in a career spanning over two decades at LG Electronics and Kantar Group (WPP). He is a visiting faculty at leading management institutions in India in different areas of marketing. He has published series of research papers in international journals (A and B). He works in the area of Cause related marketing, business to business to marketing and online brand communities.

Dr. Nadia Sbei Trabelsi
Dr. Nadia Sbei Trabelsi is currently an Associate Professor of Accounting at the American University in Dubai. Her education includes a Ph.D. in Accounting from “Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis – Nice, France. Her academic experience includes courses ranging from introductory courses to upper-undergraduate and MBA courses in Accounting, Business, and Finance. In her research, she is interested in studying the quality of financial accounting information and its usefulness for decision-making. In her recent papers, she analyzed in different contexts the role of International Financial Reporting Standards in providing high quality
information to users and the costs related to their adoption for firms. She has published papers in top-quality journals such as the International Journal of Accounting and Information Management and the Academy of Accounting and Financial Studies Journal.

Mrs. Imen Omri is graduated with a PhD in Finance from Carthage University. She is an Assistant Professor at Law and Business School and researcher at the “Research and Innovation Center CRI” at Polytech Intl Group, Tunisia.
Her areas of interest revolve around Financial markets, Asset pricing, Financial contagion, Portfolio management and Applied finance.

Mr.Iulian Nicolae Vasiloiu is a PhD Student at the Romanian Academy from Bucharest, Romania and economist at the National Bank of Romania since 2009. His PhD studies focus on economic integration, analysis of macroeconomic indicators, adoption of the euro.
